Hi. I have a telescopic pole cleaning brush which has worked fine in the past. Now, unfortunately, no water will pass through the brush. Is there an internal hose which may have become kinked or twisted? Any advice on how to rectify? Thank you

thanks for your question? I believe you are talking about our telescopic cleaning brush. S5532. there is no flexible hose inside to get twisted, the most likely reason for no water traveling through the pole is either the flow valve at the bottom of the pole ( where the water enters) is turned off, or there is a blockage at the brush end from debris, stopping water flowing out. Hope this helps.
