Unfortunately, that product comes with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
as you state this product was purchased in 2017 this is now outside of our warranty period and not be eligible for a warranty replacement or repair.
I appreciate this isn’t the outcome you would have been hoping for, but I hope you can understand that our warranty terms cover issues resulting from manufacturing defects only within the warranty period. You can read our full warranty T&Cs here:.
