🔹 Step 1:Determine whether you're using the tool as a protractor, miter square, line scriber, saw guide, framing square, or ruler based on your project needs.
🔹 Step 2: Place the square flush against the edge of your workpiece to measure or mark 90° and 45° angles with the built-in guides and markings.
🔹 Step 3: Use the clear, etched scale to mark precise lines, or guide your saw along the edge for accurate angled cuts.
🔹 Step 4: For angle measurements, use the pivot point and angle markings to easily determine and draw custom angles.
🔹 Step 5: Wipe the tool clean after use to maintain the clear scale visibility and protect its corrosion-resistant surface. Store in a dry place to preserve its long life.

We work hard to make sure Amtech tools are reliable as well as affordable. However, if you have a problem with any product, we want to get your job up and running again as quickly as possible.

All our hand tools are backed by a three year product replacement warranty and our power tools range are covered for up to two years.

So if something develops a fault within the specified warranty period, we’ll replace it, subject to proof of purchase.
