How to Return an Item

Returning a product takes just a few clicks:

  1. Log in to your account here
  2. Go to My Account > Orders
  3. Click “Request Return” on the order you’d like to return
  4. Complete and submit the quick return form

Once submitted, we’ll review it and email you a pre-paid Evri return label.
👉 Simply print it, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest Evri location at a time that suits you.

Free Pre-Paid Returns (within 90 days)

  • Return any item within 90 days of delivery
  • Return shipping is always free of charge
  • Print your Evri label from the email we send you
  • Drop your parcel at any Evri ParcelShop or locker, whenever it’s convenient
  • No queues, no fuss

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once your return has been received and inspected
  • We refund to your original payment method (usually via Stripe)
  • Please allow 5–7 working days from receipt of the return

 

If Something’s Wrong

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, let us know within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll put it right straight away — and, of course, you won’t pay a penny for the return.
