🔹 How to Use


🔹 Step 1: Mark Your Cut Line, Use a pencil and straightedge to mark where you want to split or trim the brick, block, or stone.
🔹 Step 2: Position the Chisel, Place the bolster chisel’s wide blade directly on the marked line with the bevel side facing away from the waste material.
🔹 Step 3: Strike Firmly with a Hammer, Use a lump or club hammer to strike the top of the chisel with controlled force. Work along the line with a few solid taps to score the surface.
🔹 Step 4: Deepen the Score, Go over the score line a few times to deepen it—especially for thicker materials—until a clean break starts to form. 🔹 Step 4: Snap or Break the Material, Once the cut is deep enough, apply a few stronger blows or tap from underneath to split the piece cleanly.

All our hand tools are backed by a three year product replacement warranty and our power tools range are covered for up to two years.

So if something develops a fault within the specified warranty period, we’ll replace it, subject to proof of purchase.
