🔹 Step 1: Turn the brass wing nut or lever to loosen the steel blade so it can move freely within the rosewood handle.
🔹 Step 2: Place the bevel against a reference surface or angle (e.g., a mitred joint or existing cut). Adjust the blade until it matches the desired angle accurately.
🔹 Step 3: Tighten the wing nut or lever to lock the blade in place. Ensure it's firmly secured to prevent shifting during marking or cutting.
🔹 Step 4: Place the bevel on your workpiece and use a pencil to trace along the blade, transferring the exact angle to timber, board, or other materials.
