🔹 Step 1: Place the thicker stock of the square firmly against the edge of your workpiece to establish a precise 90° reference.
🔹 Step 2: Ensure there are no gaps between the blade and the surface—this confirms your material or joint is perfectly square.
🔹 Step 3: Run a pencil or scribe along the finely polished blade to draw clean, accurate lines for cutting or machining.
🔹 Step 4: Wipe the square after use to maintain its polished surface, and store it in a dry place to prevent corrosion.
