🔹1. Use a utility knife to whittle the wood and shape the graphite into a chisel tip.
Aim for a long, flat edge for bold lines or a narrow point for precision.
🔹2. The oval shape fits better in the hand than the traditional flat pencil.
Grip it like a regular pencil or turn it sideways to adjust line thickness.
🔹3. Use the wide edge of the lead for rough framing lines, or rotate to the narrow edge for fine layout marks. Great for marking on wood, drywall, concrete, and other surfaces.
🔹4. Run it along a square, level, or straightedge. The oval shape gives better stability and keeps your lines consistent. Less chance of wobble compared to round pencils.
