🔹 Step 1: Select the appropriate grit side – use the coarse 120 grit for damaged edges and the medium 240 grit for finer sharpening.
🔹 Step 2: Wet the sharpening stone with water to reduce friction and prevent damage.
🔹 Step 3: Hold the knife or tool at a 20-degree angle and gently slide it across the coarse side in a smooth, even motion.
🔹 Step 4: Repeat on the medium side to refine the edge, using the same angle and technique.
🔹 Step 5: Rinse the stone and tools after use, then store them in the plastic case to keep them safe and clean.
