🔹 Step 1: Wet the sharpening stone with water to create a lubricant for the sharpening process
🔹 Step 2: Hold the chisel or knife at a consistent angle, typically around 20 degrees, against the coarse side (120 grit)
🔹 Step 3: Slide the blade along the stone in a sweeping motion, maintaining the angle, for about 10-15 strokes
🔹 Step 4: Flip the stone to the medium side (240 grit) and repeat the process to refine the edge
🔹 Step 5: Rinse the blade and wipe the stone clean after use to maintain performance and hygiene
