I have bought the " drain snake " and in a previous reply to a customer you refer to one end as the " pig " which is I assume the wire fiting about 45mm fixed to one end and the handle. What handle ?
The other end is just the flat steel.

The drain unblocker should have a plastic handle as per picture above. If yours does not have this please return to point of purchase for replacement.
