This handy sandpaper set includes 30 230mm x 280mm sheets in the following sizes: 5 x extra fine, 10 x fine, 10 x medium, 5 x coarse. They are ideal for dry sanding and finishing bare wood and painted wooden surfaces.

Unfortunately the grit sizes are not included .
