Good morning, I am assuming that you have the aluminum deluxe bypass pruners stock code U0375? You need to slightly squeeze the handles and then raise the aluminium lever with you thumb and this unlocks the blade mechanism and opens the jaws. Repeat the above in reverse when you have finished using them. I trust that this helps?
