Handle screws won’t tighten?

Lorraine stobart from Hayeskent

says

Hi Lorraine,

What product is this please?

You will need to hold the top o f the bolt with a spanner and the bottom nut with another spanner or socket, Inside the bolt there is a nylon washer which prevents the nut coming undone, but can be difficult to get past when first tightening.

Hope this helps.
