I Have attached the video for fitting staples for you. But there is not a lot to go wrong, Can you check the shoe is moving properly and the impact pressure adjustment is not over tightened. if this doesn’t help please return to point of purchase for exchange or contact us again and we will ( after submitting a warranty claim form) send out a replacement
