We have a 5 Watt CREE LED rechargeable torch but are no longer able to insert the charger plug into the torch. The access holes are half-blocked. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi Sheryl, this sounds like you have one of the early torches before the charging socket & on/off button was improved. Return the torch to us and we can repair it for you, but remove the battery first please as this is not required.
