I bought a 1/2" x 3/4" brass tap and hose adaptor. When I screw the tap unit to the wall plate the tap doesn't line up with the downpipe facing south so the tap is pointing off to the side, or the feeder pipe is pointing off to the side.
I notice from the photo of this product on your website that the tap unit has not been securely connected to the back plate, leaving a 2mm gap which will obviously leak water.
Is this a fault with the product or am I being thick!
