Hi Malcolm, start with the white polyester wash mitt in warm water containing a small splash of car shampoo. Do not use washing up liquid as it has a high salt content. Clean the entire window in a top/bottom/ sideways motion, then turn the cleaner head over and use the squeegee blade to remove the suds/ water off the glass, using a downward action from L to R or R to L, overlapping each stroke to leave the glass clean. On smaller ground floor windows you can remove the telescopic pole and hold the head in one hand and use a z – action. Trust this assists?
