Hi Morgan, on certain basic products we do not believe that instructions are necessary. This product has two functions, 1. To strip cable jackets or insulation and 2. To cut the cable copper conductors. You insert the cable into the stripper jaws to the required length and then squeeze the handle to remove the jacket, repeat on individual wires to strip the PVC insulation. To cut cable conductors, insert the conductor in the cutting jaws and cut to length. I trust that this assists?
