Thanks for the message, I am sorry you are having trouble with one of our products.

Will the key not go in the lock? If thats the case a small insect may well be stopping the key, try spraying inside the lock with some 3 in 1 oil and see if this helps.

Does the key go in but wont turn?, Sometimes padlocks especially in these wet conditions we have been having can become really stiff. Again try a little bit of oil. in the barrel and on the key itself.

Does the key go in and turn but shackle not come out? if this is the case oil and a little bit of wiggling the shackle up and should solve the problem.
