I have bought an Amtech staple remover stock code B3810. I have attempted to use it but the tongue will not fit under a driven staple and I have not been able to remove staples with it.

Hi Ian,
In most cases the tip of the staple remover can be levered under the head of the staple, but if the insertion force has buried the head below the surface then it may be necessary to prise it out slightly first. I trust this helps.
