I have an staple gun which I used for the first time today. The first few staples went in ok but now it has stopped working and I can’t see why. I’ve removed the staples and reloaded but it still won’t work.

The handle depresses ok and it makes the same loud clicking noise but no staples come out. I’ve only used the staples that came with it.
