Hi Robert, the tree lopper with the black serrated saw blade is part of our Deluxe tree lopper set, stock code U2845 and this clips onto the end of the telescopic pole.

With the standard tree lopper you have, stock code U2855, the serrated blade attaches to the orange blade assembly with the supplied screw & wing nut as shown in attached pic.
