Check with your local dealer, workshop manual or search on an Internet Forum for the specific caliper/ piston retraction details – the pad tools supplied in the kit fit the majority of European car and LGV on the market – depending on your vehicle there may be special procedures for electronic handbrakes/ traction control etc. Some vehicles require a set-procedure to be followed to extinguish your dash light brake wear indicator too or even a service light tool too.
