Hi Jermaine, reversing the jaw is a simply procedure that does not require any tools. You keep rotating the knurled thumbwheel anticlockwise until the lower jaw runs off the thread, then reverse it so that the serrated edge is uppermost, then replace it into the wrench body and turn the thumbwheel clockwise to re-engage with the thread.
