Do you make a 42mm jockey wheel?

I purchase an Am-tech jockey wheel on eBay. The listing said that it was 42mm. I received an Am-Tech 48mm jockey wheel. This was delivered from the UK to the USA, so I paid quite a bit for shipping.

I really need a 42mm jockey wheel. tall stem.
