Hi Graeme, unfortunately we do not have a video or user manual for this product. There are just too many difference panel configurations and fixing types available depending on the manufacturer. This set is widely used in the car body repair trade inc. windscreen U upholstery repairers and it is only when you start stripping down the panel/ trim  you can see which of the tools is the most appropriate in your application.
