Hi Shell, you can reset the combination as many times as you like. Once you have changed the code from the factory default of 0000, you will need to enter your own personal code to open the shackle. You can reset the padlock if you have lots of patience, but it could require going through up to 1,000 combinations! If you can recall one of two of the digits you will reduce the combinations down to 100.
