Can you tell me how thick this tarpaulin is (how many gsm). There are many terrible reviews on your Amazon page that says it ripped very easily or it started to crumble & flake after just a couple of months. Please advise if this is really tear proof as it states in your description or if you sell another heavier duty one. Thanks
