Thanks for the question? i have tried to telephone but number not recognised.

To use the 14 pce impact driver. select the right size bit for the screw which is stuck or you want to tighten,

Turn the black arrow to either L to loosen or R to Tighten ( this is done by pushing down on the head and turning at same time ) place onto the screw and strike base plate with a hammer.

as the hammer connects with the impact driver it will turn the screw.
