I have a combination lock but cant remember the right combination. Is there a way around this?

Hi Stephen, the answer lies on your power of recall to reduce the amount of time to find the original code. If you cannot recall any of the digits, then it could take a long time. If it is a 3 digit combo, then 1000 combinations, 4 digit 10,000 combinations and 5 digit 100,000 combinations. If you have a 4 digit T1140 and can recall 1 or 2 numbers on specific dials, then you are down to less than 100 combinations – 10 turns on the 2 remaining dials. Worst case then you are looking at a pair of bolt cutters or an angle grinder if you are unable to replace the hasp and staple [if fitted].
