Hi Fagner, can you confirm which model staple gun you have purchased? If the staples are correctly inserted and the spring plate applying pressure to them, then providing that there isn’t a staple jammed in the slide, then there isn’t really much else to go wrong. You are using Amtech staples? If it still doesn’t work then you should return it to the seller.
